All product returns especially out of the box failures or under warranty returns should go through the dealer you purchased the unit from. For out of warranty repairs or service contact Boekel’s customer service at 1-800-336-6929 or (215)396-8200 ext.5 prior to returning any product. NO PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER. You must return a completed decontamination certificate and receive and RMA number before returning product to Boekel.
Do not deduct any credits until you are notified by Boekel Customer Service to do so.
Customer service will provide all shipping instructions. Please take care and pack the product for return in the original box in came in or in a suitable packing carton. Products that are further damaged due to poor packing material on return shipments will NOT be honored.
Many products are used in atmospheres or environments that are hazardous or biohazardous in nature, so products that are placed in service generally not returnable.
Any product that has been modified or tampered with will void the warranty.
Any product that is returned may be subject to restocking and handling charges.
