Warranty Policy
Boekel warrants Boekel products for a full two years to be free from defects due to materials and/or workmanship. The warranty period is denoted by the serial number date code on the instrument and is in effect from 6 months after the ship date to two years. We allow six months for shipments and dealer stock.
Sales Policy
Boekel sells it’s standard catalog lab equipment and accessories through it’s authorized distributors. Please see the authorized distributor listing.
Boekel will sell custom products on an OEM basis to approved customers. See our OEM application work sheet on this site.
Pricing
Please contact Customer Service for pricing inquiries. Boekel publishes their prices on a calendar year basis and holds our suggest list prices for one year. OEM and custom product pricing depends on quantity and special needs and is generally on a contract basis.
We try to keep everything updated on this site and in our literature but on occasion, pricing and product specifications are subject to changes.
