Boekel’s Convection Ovens come in three chamber volume sizes; including 0.6 cu. ft. (.017 cu. m.), 1.6 cu. ft. (.045 cu. m.) and 2.7 cu. ft. (0.76 cu. m.). All Boekel Oven models are designed to operate at a minimum temperature of 100°C and a maximum temperature of 215°C. The oven is equipped with an over-temp safety cutoff. If the chamber temperature exceeds approximately 290°C the safety cutoff will activate, shutting off the heater.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
-
- Turn the Power switch to the “ON” position.
- Rotate the “Temperature Adjust” knob clockwise to increase the chamber temperature. Counterclockwise rotation will reduce chamber temperature.
- The red “Heat” Pilot Light will illuminate when the Oven heater is turned on. The light will alternate on and off when the oven reaches its set temperature.
- Allow 45 minutes for chamber temperature equilibration when first starting the Oven. Always monitor the temperature by using the thermometer provided. Allow at least 15 minutes for re-equilibration when adjusting chamber temperature.
