This 642 series product family allows for low-cost alternatives to the rest of the larger line of Boekel centrifuges. The 642 series includes an analog version, a two-button digital version, and a mobile phlebotomy version with a vehicle adaptor power cord set.
Reliability in specimen testing is necessary for accuracy of clinical results and diagnoses. An important pre-analytical step involves proper centrifugation, storage, and transport of the collection specimens. Prompt horizontal centrifugation at the primary collection site and controlled-temperature transport greatly enhances the quality of specimens for testing.
